WHITFIELD RESIDENCE

Currently under construction this 3 bedroom home is tucked away on a battle-axe site in the centre of Mudgee township. It has been designed for urban living with minimal lawn area and maximum living. The owners are downsizing while retaining all the modern comforts of open plan living, landscaped gardens, pool and entertaining areas. The butterfly roof allows for high glazing to the north and to wrap around the whole living area, creating volume, light and warmth. It also allows for north facing roof area for Solar PV panels. With neighbours on all sides and close by privacy has been built into the design.
