DESIGN DIRECTOR

Rai obtained a Bachelor of Architecture in 2002, an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting in 1994 and has over 29 years of industry experience. As a result of her broad range of experience from small regional practices to large national firms and as principal of her own practice, Sunrai Designs since 2000, Rai’s approach to your building design is unique and firmly centred on understanding her clients. 

Rai is passionate about sustainable design and loves working with clients to help them achieve the outcomes they envisage for their project. Understanding client needs and translating that into a unique design is her specialty.


Domenic Wilson

SENIOR DRAFTSPERSON

Domenic is a draftsperson with 8 years of industry experience using various software platforms. Domenic is currently using Autodesk Revit to model our designs and produce comprehensive working drawings. Adding to this, Domenic is using programs like Lumion to produce photorealistic 3D images and videos.

DREW ROBERTS CONSULTING

TOWN PLANNING

Drew Roberts has been offering planning consultancy services for the last 5 years across a range of developments throughout NSW. Previously, Drew worked for Mid-Western Regional Council as a Senior Development Planner, making his experience and knowledge in the local planning sphere invaluable.

ADMINISTRATION + BOOK KEEPING

Mia Geddes & Kim Gribble are the Admin personnel providing support at Sunrai Designs by completing day to day admin tasks which allows quick turn around and supports the delivery of projects and running of our business.
