MUDGEE MEDICAL CENTRE

Mudgee Medical Centre and Skin Cancer Clinic is a multi disciplinary practice purpose built to cater for the current and future needs of the Mudgee Community. The complex has two wings divided by a central walkway and courtyard. Providing both General Practice and Visiting Specialist & Allied Health Rooms. Also included in the complex is a Pharmacy, Radiology, Pathology, Coffee Shop, large nurse's room, two minor procedures rooms, a teleconferencing room and nurse's utility room.  

The building is located in close proximity to Mudgee Hospital overlooking the historic Mudgee Railway Station with views through an established stand of trees. The practice caters for medical students and includes a large education room and private study areas. 

The centre has as feeling of calm and healing, it draws on it's surrounding for colour inspiration with greens and blues from the eucalyptus trees that stand tall to the north of the building. These same trees offer a peaceful outlook from the waiting room. Most of the GP rooms face north offering outlook, natural light and warmth. Our clients were after a functional building that provided all the allied health needs for the community in one place, to be possible it needed to be affordable, functional and welcoming.
