SYDNEY ROAD INDUSTRIAL

This project will involve consolidating three large industrial sites into one cohesive industrial development. There will be a combination of existing and new buildings, they range in size to cater for various business types. There are 21 industrial units in total. We have been able to maximise the use of the site, while ensuring sufficient truck and vehicle circulation and ample parking. Some established trees will remain and additional landscaping will add to the appeal of the whole site.
