HAMPSHIRE RESIDENCE

Rather than moving when their family home was no longer suitable for their needs our client, with our help, chose to renovate and create the space they needed for their growing family. Set on a nice block with established landscaping we set about creating additional living areas and more entertaining space both internally and externally. To minimise costs and work with the existing structure we created three gabled wings, a centre alfresco area to open onto the existing pool, with a more functional entertaining space with built in fireplace and BBQ area, an extension to the bedroom end and a new rumpus and additional bedroom on the other end. Highlight glazing, large skylights and corner courtyard windows create an interesting space with connection to the outdoors and space for a growing family.
